Overlooking Lough Gill this mature garden boasts colourful foliage which is grown for the creation of floral arrangements. There are herbaceous borders to the front and a vegetable area to the rear.
Winding paths lead to the different areas of the garden and to a forge which still contains the original blacksmiths’ tools.
Open: 1 – 6 pm on 14 June.

This garden was designed around a farmhouse built in 1923. It has been allowed to grow organically with self- seeded trees, wild plants and flowers. There is a stream and pond with goldfish and water lilies. The garden also features raised beds, and a lean-to greenhouse.

Towards, N 16 from centre of Sligo, at R286 junction with Ashlane ( traffic lights) take directions for Dromahair. After 500m turnL towards Calry. Continue approx. 1.5 km . The house with green wooden gate is on the left before Calry church. Enter by iron gate under laurel.

Set in unspoilt countryside, these mature gardens consist of deciduous trees, shrubs and herbaceous borders. Recent additions to the garden include a polytunnel for cut flowers & vegetables and two new borders flanking Juniper Barn. Visitors can also enjoy a walk around the lake which is home to waterfowl and other birds.
