Set in unspoilt countryside, these mature gardens consist of deciduous trees, shrubs and herbaceous borders. Recent additions to the garden include a polytunnel for cut flowers & vegetables and two new borders flanking Juniper Barn. Visitors can also enjoy a walk around the lake which is home to waterfowl and other birds.

On N4 Sligo – Boyle, exit following signs L1502 towards Ballymote & Colman Music centre. After 1km take R fork. Newpark is first gate on R.

This old walled garden is in the process of restoration. It nestles at the foot of Knocknarea with pleasant views of Ballisodare Bay and the Ox mountains. The garden comprises herbaceous borders and a lawn surrounded by paths & climbing roses on pergolas. Close by there is a small woodland with mature broadleaf trees.

On the N4 take the exit for Strandhill ( R292). If coming from Sligo town, turn left at Ransboro Church. Continue towards Strandhill. Turn left onto L7522 Breeogue House is 1km along this road.
